We understand finding the right pillow is a daunting task, especially online. We truly believe that we made the ‘best pillow’ in the world, but in case you are dissatisfied for ANY reason, just contact us at support@neckspooner.com within 30 days of delivery and we will organize your full-refund as soon as we receive your returned item.


Returns & Refunds (if applicable)

To be eligible for a refund, you must first email us at support@neckspooner.com within 30 days of receiving the package and you will be asked to return the product. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed and the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days from the day we receive your returned product. All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment.

  • Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition in the original package that you received it.
  • Please note that items that are returned dirty, broken, damaged or stained will not be eligible for the refund.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • You may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if the products you received are defective or damaged. Simply contact us at support@neckspooner.com with your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references within 30 days of receiving the package, and we will arrange a free replacement to be shipped out to you as soon as possible. This warranty does not cover any damage incurred through improper use, care or abuse of the product.


Wrong shipping address
It is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct before submitting an order. We do not offer refunds to orders shipped to a wrong address provided by customers. If you need to make any amendments or cancellations after placing the order, please contact us at support@neckspooner.com with your order number as soon as possible. We can only make changes to orders before the item has been shipped out.
