We understand finding the right pillow is a daunting task, especially online. We truly believe that we made the ‘best pillow’ in the world, but in case you are dissatisfied for ANY reason, just contact us at email@example.com within 30 days of delivery and we will organize your full-refund as soon as we receive your returned item.
Returns & Refunds (if applicable)
To be eligible for a refund, you must first email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of receiving the package and you will be asked to return the product. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed and the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days from the day we receive your returned product. All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment.
- Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition in the original package that you received it.
- Please note that items that are returned dirty, broken, damaged or stained will not be eligible for the refund.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- You may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
* All returned products will not be sent out again. All our customers will receive a brand new pillow.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if the products you received are defective or damaged. Simply contact us at email@example.com with your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references within 30 days of receiving the package, and we will arrange a free replacement to be shipped out to you as soon as possible. This warranty does not cover any damage incurred through improper use, care or abuse of the product.
