Do you ship worldwide?
Yes - we ship worldwide. We use USPS, DHL, Royal Mail and other reliable carriers depending on your location for the fastest and smoothest delivery possible. All shippings come with tracking.
Where do you ship from?
Primarily we ship out from fulfillment centers in the United States, Australia and Eastern Asia. If there is a lack of inventory from your nearest location, we'll send it directly from our production lines at the same delivery times as stated above.
Most orders are being processed within 24 hours for the fastest delivery possible.

When your orders are shipped out, you will receive an automatic notification via email with a tracking number. If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll help you resolve it!
Lost or stolen packages
NeckSpooner™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Contact us at email@example.com and we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
Defective or damaged item
Any defects or damages upon the cover and the pillow is insured under our return policy. Simply contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references within 30 days of receiving the package, and we will arrange a free replacement to be shipped out to you as soon as possible. This warranty does not cover any damage incurred through improper use, care or abuse of the product.
Wrong shipping address
It is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct before submitting an order. We do not offer refunds to orders shipped to a wrong address provided by customers. If you need to make any amendments or cancellations after placing the order, please contact us at email@example.com with your order number as soon as possible. We can only make changes to orders before the item has been shipped out.
